Questions people actually ask
What exactly happens in week 1?
We have one conversation — usually on WhatsApp, twenty minutes is enough. Then you get a written plan: what will be built, what it will do, what it costs, and the date it goes live. If we do not think it will pay for itself, we say so and charge you nothing.
What if it does not work — do I get a refund?
Nothing goes live until you have seen it working against your real enquiries and approved it. If you approve it and then it does not do what the written plan said, we fix it or refund the setup fee. We will not refund because you changed your mind about the idea.
Who owns the website and the data?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the site files are yours, and the conversation data belongs to your business. If you leave, we hand everything over. There is no lock-in and nothing is held hostage.
Does the AI ever pretend to be human?
No. It identifies itself as an assistant. It answers what it knows and hands the conversation to you the moment it does not. We think pretending is both wrong and bad business — customers find out eventually.
What happens if I cancel?
Thirty days notice, by WhatsApp or email, no form to fill in. We hand over your files and export your data. The website can keep running on your own hosting if you want it to.
Do you invoice with German VAT?
Not currently. Isewerk operates as a Kleinunternehmer under §19 UStG, so invoices carry no VAT and none is shown. If that changes we will tell you before your next invoice.
